Heart is not only one of the most vital organ of body, but till ages it symbolizes love, care n compassion. Whether a person is happy or sad, excited or depressed, the heart will be affected the most.
Thus, maintaining a good heart health is very important not only for a longer life, but for enjoying a healthy n hearty life.

This observance also inform people about cardiovascular diseases, which are the biggest cause of death. The day promotes preventative measures to reduce the risk of cardiovascular diseases.
The theme for this year is "Use Heart For Action" which emphasize on 3 key points:
Use 💓 For Humanity i.e. विश्व हृदय दिवस के साथ-साथ स्थानीय गतिविधियों जैसे वैश्विक आयोजनों में शामिल होकर, हम जागरूकता फैलाने और सभी के जीवन में बदलाव लाने में मदद करने के लिए प्रयास करें
Use ❤️ For Nature i.e. सभी सीवीडी मौतों में से 25% के लिए वायु प्रदूषण जिम्मेदार है, हर साल 7 मिलियन लोगों की जान जाती है। चाहे वे कार से यात्रा करने के बजाय पैदल चलना या साइकिल चलाना, या स्वच्छ वायु कानून का समर्थन करने जैसे दीर्घकालिक प्रयास हों, हम में से प्रत्येक अपने तरीके से एक स्वस्थ ग्रह में योगदान दे सकता है।
