Today's world is an open platform as well as a huge market where  almost each n everything is available for sell

Being it toys for babies to high tech gadgets, homecare range to electronics products, accessories to luxury clothing, this global forum offers each individual something of other. 

So each one of us is " Consumer". 

Hence we shud all be aware about the Rights we do have as a Consumer. 






World Consumer Rights Day ( International consumer Rights Day/ विश्व उपभोक्ता दिवस ) is observed on 15th March every year to raise awareness n to promote the basic rights of all ‪consumers‬, demanding that those rights are respected and protected and protesting about the market abuses and social injustices which undermine them.





The theme for this year is ‘Building a Digital World Consumers can Trust" which focuses on provision of online safety for protecting the rights of consumers and methods to solve thr greviences faced by buyers. 


This is utmost important as we are today living in the age of " Digitalization" where personal safety is an important factor which needs to be addressed n the individuals shud feel safe n secured while doing any online transections/payments. Also the consumres shud be made aware about their respective rights in case of any fraud or injustice done by the Sellers. 




Digital technology is having a dramatic impact on consumers around the world, creating many new benefits including better communication, access to information and greater choice and convenience.

Dengue fever incidences are more frequent in tropical n sub-tropical regions.
